Dani, I made these today using coconut flour and it came out great! I took your advise about using less coconut flour, so instead of using 1/2 almond flour I use 1/3 coconut flour. They even smell delish... Love your videos. Keep the recipes coming.

Dani, I just try this, it is absolutely delicious! Who'd thought pumpkin! Keeping them in the freezer is brilliant! I use ice cream scooper to scoop them, keep them in the freezer a bit before rolling into a ball; its easier in my opinion. Instead of regular dark chocolate, I substitute with unsweeten dark chocolate with powdered Xylitol for low carb option.

Hi Dany - I have been following you for a while it all started with the 3-ingredient recipe and you have became my absolute favorite! Today I made the pumpkin spice energy balls - OMG what a genius recipe! TY for this! I accidentally added a ted too much pumpkin puree and ended up adding more almond flour, oat flour and pumpkin seeds blended up.....and realize hey pumpkin seeds to go with pumpkin balls, why not :)! Happy accidents (as Bob Ross said...)!

***** Hi Dani! I tried to make these today but my dough was WAY too gooey and wet to roll between my fingers. It just kind of stuck all over my hands. Does that just mean I didn't add enough almond flour? I followed the recipe exactly so I'm not 100% sure what I did wrong. I think I'm just going to have to drizzle the chocolate on top with a spoon because there's no way they are firm enough for me to actually dunk. Let me know what you think!

Have you ever substituted oat flour? I hope i'm calling that by the correct name.
