That was quite the melt-down from Granollers - and it sure didn't help him for the second set. Happy for the 70s revival team of Purcell and Thompson.

Sport is not and never should be about people who deserve to win. BUT it would be so fitting to see Purcell win this tournament. Thompson had a really great year. ranked high in singles and doubles

It's not nice for professional tennis players to destroy their rackets, but it shows they are serious about winning the match.

Guys come on. In a game where the first tie brake consisted of 30 consecutive points you showed us few and in total it was 2:25 that's not enough man. I think it'd be better if you could post a full tie-brake. It'll be a pure delight for tennis fans because doubles are such a flabbergasting thing to watch.

ATP singles tour has gotten really boring mostly due to the bizarre scheduling this season but also the play styles and monotone of hard court surface and indoors. However doubles has refreshed me and also has the challengers tour

Even the ATP Finals making doubles still short deuce. Lame.

Such disgraceful behaviour when pros breack $400 tennis rackets that could just be given to someone who needs it. I
