No trying to diminish anyone's feelings (although I don't think she was as heartbroken as she wanted us to believe) but during this Pandemic so many people were losing material items and it was honestly par for the course. Losing a son is on a whole other level that you just can't compare that too. Losing a car is not equivalent to losing a person. Most people would probably rather lose a car than a person.

Honestly, this plaintiff is a nutcase (and that's not even mentioning her ugly hair and tacky shirt). I think its a bit RICH that NOT ONLY is the plaintiff selling USED, half-empty bottles of perfume for $500, just because they have a Prada label....she is shipping them in a flimsy package, without proper wrapping and then, she wants to be pissed and say "no fair" when her product arrives damaged and nearly empty and the lady insists on a refund. She then has the GALL to call this lady a THIEF and say SHE is the reason that her son committed suicide? That is just CRUEL.

Our Mom just passed away after a year of being in ER, the hospital, & 2 different care facilities. Even before the past year, my brother & sister-in-law was keeping up Mom's property, making it look like a park. As I passed nearby her former property (now sold), I wanted to SCREAM!!! The lawn was half dead, & some weeds were growing all over the place. That was upsetting! I have since, made it a point, not to look towards that direction again!

The plaintiff was just a vile, vindictive woman and it's completely understandable the defendant countersued. She has to be the loudest one in the room, she constantly interrupts, and talks over him. It was clear the defendant should've received a judgment for pain and suffering. This was a clear case that the plaintiff went out of her way to inflict emotional pain. She's not a good judge and her husband puts up with a lot! My prays go out to him!

Emotional distress is more than just saying something mean. You have to show what the person did or said gave you PTSD, made you depressed, gave you anxiety. None of which happened the to defendant. You can't sue for emotional distress just because someone said something that hurt your feelings. 🤕

Ebay can be such a dumping ground of individuals one sale or bid away from either a meltdown, or a full on battle, often times over crap!

What is wrong with this woman?? For $35?? The horrible part of this is that she clearly does NOT feel bad at all! She very clearly still feels justified and completely in the right. I've seen the judge rip into people for far less...I mean how did she not do it to this piece of work? Even Doug could haver done better with her. SMH!!

When she says "if her son really is dead then shame on me and I apologize" but then turns right around and says she's not ashamed of the way she acted. This woman has a nasty soul and I hope I never come in contact with anyone like her.

She’s ridiculous and evil. Going there over $45. Shouldn’t ever say that, but it’s made so much worse for doing it for such a small reason. It’s like saying it over someone accidentally kicking your chair while walking by in a restaurant. Absurd woman.

I sell online a lot and if any items get damaged depending on extent of damage I refund or offer large discount or accept a return. I don’t believe that customer satisfaction is that important to this plaintiff
