We made it on the weekend and chilled it in the fridge for two days. Brought it to office and was a huge hit! People loved it! Probably will make another batch and bring it to parties. Thanks for sharing!

Can we substitute the wheat starch for corn starch?

You can if you can’t find wheat starch but it will make the skin firmer in texture

My husband is allergic to wheat, what could I substitute wheat starch? Xanthan Gum? Potato flour? . Thank you

You can substitute wheat starch with corn starch or tapioca starch however it will change the texture & appearance. Corn starch will make the skin firmer and tapioca starch will make it chewier & elastic. Hope that helps!
