I dislike this auditor intensely. It's not like he's a clone of lovely Nigel - no hope for THAT man - it's the way he (BP) makes out he's just a retired bloke passing his time by carrying out his hobby. He is in fact forceful in his manner while giving a show of friendliness. Look at the hardness in his eyes.
