Sending your adventurers to jail is a big move in a campaign. It ca break your game if you do not handle it carefully but there are some things you can do to make the incarceration of your party a great part of your story.

It can take some doing to make it work. As I said in the video, I've only done it a few times but both times went off pretty well because I thought about the things I talk about here. Hopefully you can put this to good use and the next time you try it, it'll be a success!
