PUTO CALASIAO RECIPE/PUTONG BIGAS GAMIT ANG BLENDER/RICE RECIPE

Putong bigas recipe using blender. Rice cake recipe made out of rice. Soaked overnight and grind using blender. The aroma of coconut milk and pandan gives this recipe the best. So soft and fluffy puto rice cake.

Ingredients
1 kilo rice washed 2 times then add water and soak for overnight. drain completety then add 3 cups of water and then grind.
add 3 cups of Coconut milk (cooked)
pandan leaves( optional)
1/2 kilo white sugar
50 grams baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
steam for 30 to 45 minutes
insert toothpick to check.

matubo na klase ng bigas, ano po yung matubo? ty

Mostly po yung bigas na makitubig po at pag sinaing mo yung bigas hindi yung malagkit na klase. Kelangan ibabad ng overnight bago po gilingin.

Para po lumabas yung Pag natural oil ng coconut milk. Para more fluffy or malambot yung puto.
