We have learned that backing up the rally leader with as many t1 vehicles possible reduces wounded count. The more taxis there are the less the rally leader gets wounded. It's basically sharing the wounded count. Except your wounded taxis will have a couple secs of heal time. And reducing the leaders heal time by over half versus sending a single troop. This works best for the rallys of 35+ lairs where the leader has high tier troops. We always join with full taxi marches. Can even team up with another person and go alvl higher and have the rest send full taxis.

Have we figured out at what point higher vehicles are useful. I have been doing alot of various tests when it comes to vehicles in rallies vs Lairs. I have seen T9 Thunderbolts do better than taxis and vice versa, but I cant figure out the breakpoint/reason (so to speak) as to when to use each type of vehicle. Example: Lair 40 (50% win), Initiator sent 325k T11 fighters, and the joiners(x5) sent T7 (11,980), T8 (320,230), and T9 (235,832) vehicles - total of 568,042 vehicles sent - it only caused 1292 wounded for initiator. This example is what causes me confusion - because of the other tests I have ran.

Great question. So all troops have a base might. That can't be changed. Boosts to troop stats improve overall might per troop. This includes the boosts heroes provide during a march. You can check your troop form set in your hall of war to see what your might per troop is by dividing the total march might w/heroes by the number of troops. Every time you improve the stats through gear chip modules cubes eva tech etc the might per troop will increase. Hope that helps! Thanx for watching!

Only 4 tactical skills work per each specific troop. Not sure why that is. I originally thought it was all 5 but found out later that this is incorrect.

Hi when I do lairs every time one of my heroes instantly dies no matter my troop set up. E.g all shooters and one rider for mars. But he still dies instantly. Any ideas thanks

Yes and no lol. Basically the point really is that you shouldnt try to 100% a lair as that normally causes too many losses. If you can 2 man a lvl 30 lair at 100% with minimal losses than you should be able to solo a 31 or 32 with minimal losses. So why not do the 32? The goal is to do the highest level lair possible with minimal losses. Eventually you get to 3 or 4 man a lvl 40 zombie lair with minimal losses. But until you have someone soloing 37 and 38lvl lairs than its generally a good idea to solo the highest level you can. Or 2 man an even higher one. So high level lair, low level casualties. That's the goal. Experiment and see what works for your alliance!

Got a question kinda related to this. We had Res War last night. A player asked me if we should send heroes when reinforcing buildings in Res War because he thought the stats of the first person in the building applied to everyone who joined afterward & also said something about super reinforcements. In general, should we send heroes when reinforcing someone (whether it be Res War, Dead Rising, etc)? I know we specifically don’t want to send heroes for zombie lairs along w our 1 troop, so it does seem everyone’s heroes are doing something there.

So when reinforcing (especially if sending full troops) then yes each commander should send a full set of heroes. Each commander acts as their own full army and the heroes will determine any extra boosts for the troops you send. The only caveat to this is, if the commander that is holding the location (the commander of that location) activates "Super Reinforcement" (or if anyone activates it) then the person that activates it will have all troops under their command as one army. This means only their heroes and boosts will apply to all the troops. If someone already has initiated a "Super" (rally or reinforcement) than it doesn't matter if you send heroes or not they will be disregarded. So I always say send full heroes (except for lairs). They will either be used or ignored. Good luck!

Just discovered something interesting in the past few days. I’m fighter based. If I sent 5 fighter heroes in my march, only 4 tactical skills will be active at one time. So, I tried sending 4 fighter heroes + Mars + 1 rider, and my zombie lair % went up 7%. Confirmed with a couple other players in my alliance trying the same thing. Mars’ tactical skill will be active, so all 5 hero tactical skills become active. That does some really nice extra damage as it turns out!

Also figured out as part of this the 4 heroes which it chooses to have active tactical skills are based on might. When I had Zephyr/Ulrik/Seo/Sanguine/Noct, it would deactivate Noct. When I had Zephyr/Ulrik/Seo/Sanguine/Meyers, it deactivated Sanguine, even though Sanguine’s +5 tactical skill is stronger than my +4 Meyers.

Btw, in the lair it makes no difference if u send the 1 rider w Mars yourself or one of the 1 troop joiners sends the 1 rider. Also confirmed that. Like u said when answering this question, the rally effectively behaves like 1 big army. It sees 1 rider in the overall rally & fires Mars’ tactical skill

So the way the game is set up only 4 heroes of the same troop type have their tactical skill go off. So for example if you have 5 shooter type heroes then one of them will not use their tactical skill. However if you have 4 shooter type heroes and 1 fighter type hero (and you have to have fighter troops in your lineup also) then all 5 heroes tactical skill will activate. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Great info! Tho in my alliance we have seen that sending trucks - lowers wounded and raises win % slightly. The lair I saw tested was a lair lvl 31. The one setting up lair sent t10 fighters and one joined with 50k t9 trucks. This lowered wounded and up % by 1. Wondering if you had encountered this? Or if you possibly can test and/or figure out why?

A test I have done had the complete opposite result as far as wounded is concerned. Lair 35 (76% win) - Initiator sent 216,700 T10 Fighters, Joiners(x5) 1 person sent 53,992 T9 Vehicles, the other 4 were +1 troop. Initiator took 14,582 total wounded. Now, same rally, but everyone sends +1 troop - Initiator only took 2200 total wounded.

Hopefully you can help me figure something out. No matter what I do against a L31 Lair, a 3 star Noct +5 always adds more damage than a 6 star +5 Meyer with a weapon? I am fighter based, and this just does not make any sense to me. Hopefully your knowledge can shed some light on this.

Hi. What is the best troop to send. (My HQ leave is 23). And do you send any of your heroes. Or just troops. When you are helping you alliance in any type of one. And when you enter a rally. Do you send all you troops and heroes. Or a sertent amount. Also if you don't mind. Formation set in Hall of wall how does that work. I have 3 empty sets. I still have a lot to learn.

You have to ask your alliance member if they want full troops or just 1. If sending full send heroes. If sending 1 do not send heroes. If aending 1, send the same troop type as the rally starter is sending of the highest level you can. The 3 troop form sets are for creating a hero lineup to match a troop lineup. They can be set in the hall of war and then selected for battle later.

Yes troop type matters mostly because of the order of casualties affects the morale which affects the overall battle. Lower troop tiers also changes the might per troop which is used to calculate morale. So the easy answer is that troop type and tier can impact the battle. The lower the tier the greater the impact. The type is only significant for shooters it seems although it can definitely affect other troop types. So to keep it simple since we can't control the tier of troop being sent is to send the same type as the rally leader to help prevent any impact. Vehicles actually work well as back up but slows down the march and most people don't agree with those so again to keep it simple I just tell everyone to send the same troop type.

Dont zombie lair kills count toward your kills though? I don’t understand why we are soloing it when we have an alliance? Shouldn’t the purpose be rallying together to get the biggest lair and the most spoils?

In theory sure. Kills of lairs don't count toward your kill count. The purpose of soloing lairs is to get max rewards at the lowest rss cost. Since healing costs rss. Using 2 or 3 members to do higher lairs is a great tactic as long as the healing (wounded) count is still low.

Lol I actually would have to run back through and find them. I did everything in a notebook and it was a big mess. I fought that math for probably 3 straight days trying to figure it out. My notes are all over the place making comparisons lol. I am not organized when it comes to cracking algorithms lol. Great question. I'll preface my answer with: to the best of my knowledge - Impale can be considered as ignoring armor (defense) or targeting a weakness. A fancy way of saying doing more damage against another hero that has strong defense. Critical rate has to do with how often an attack lands with bonus damage. Like the difference from taking a punch on the shoulder versus a direct hit to the chin. Lol. So another fancy way of saying does more damage then normal. Regen rate has to do with 1 of 1 things, either health regeneration (like Wolverines self healing ability) or Rage regeneration. Rage is the measure of how soon a hero can perform their super skill ot attack. So regeneration just means the speed or ability to automatically replenish health or rage depending on the hero. So hope that helps. I will have videos talking more about hero skills and how they work together.

Its really frustrating that there are so many stats and different mechanics in the game, and its not documented and explained to the players anywhere. @@panareasy6749 I'm working on a suitable answer to this question. It's not as easy to answer as it may seem. All I can really say right now is that it has more to do with who joins you. The type and tier of even that 1 troop (and if there are heroes sent too) can affect the outcome. Exactly how and why is the hard thing to answer.

I would like to ask a question. Why do people prefer to do level 7 lair over lairs that are above level 22ish? Is there a calculation or meaning behind ?

Certain events drop special items or points from lairs that is independent of the lair level. So in other words a level 7 lair or a level 45 lair will drop the same amount of special items. Since lair level 1-7 are the cheapest stamina cost wise amd 7 is the highest at the cheapest cost then to get extra lairs in people will run level 7 lairs for the special event rewards. Its good in some instances others i dont recommend it. However everytime its a personal choice so if you want to join or run a 7 then do so. If not its still okay to run higher level lairs.

I am basically the dumbest math person ever, so I want to see if this is what we're saying... basically when you send 1 troop, instead of the might per player going down it goes up and your morale stays higher longer?

I'm saying it's a complicated algorithm that we don't have a clear explanation of and sending 1 troop doesn't unnecessarily prolong the battle. The morale could go up or it could go down. Unfortunately there are a lot of inconsistencies in lair battles with many factors that aren't shared with the gamers so it's mostly guess work and testing.

If you go into your hall of war (or when you start a rally) go into your troop form set. Set your heroes and troops to be used. In the bottom left corner will be a might ranking for that troop setup. This includes all boosts etc that apply to that march. Divide that number by the total number of troops. That equals might per troop. Hope that helps!

So I haven't put out any numbers I ran but I was only working off of estimates anyways and using general numbers. I eventually want to work on something a little more in depth because as you get to the higher level lairs some things begin to change. Not in the game but in the way the general numbers work out. Small discrepancies become larger you could say. And the numbers I didnt include in my calculations seem more important than originally thought. Since I don't have an answer yet maybe I'll put up what I have and see if anyone else can figure it out!

I have a question. I have been doing the one troop lairs, I am a 27 hq shooter heavy. I can solo a 29 lair most of the time by 54%, but every once in a while I lose by 49%, no matter the boosts. Only change is who joins my rally. Have you seen this or know why this may happen?

Ya I have seen this. I am shooter based and when you are below 57% on a win theres a chance of dropping back to 49%. From what I have seen, it always happens when someone sends a solo rider. Have everyone send a fighter and you should be fine.

It will say some get killed but "Nova" actually revives all killed and converts to full healed or wounded. You will never perma lose any troops by battling a lair.

Quick question. Even after watching battle video replays, I still don’t think I understand when just one person sends heroes or multiple people send heroes. The 5 heroes someone sends only boost that player’s own troops, right (not everyone’s)? A person in my alliance shared two interesting battles yesterday: 1) A 49% loss. 3 people joined her in that rally with 1 troop each, none sent heroes 2) A 50% win. 2 people joined her in that rally & sent 1 troop each, but one guy sent heroes My possible explanation was that sending heroes in the 2nd case enabled the battle time to go longer, which allowed more of the opposing troops to be killed (49% up to 50%). I also hypothesized that in 2) if someone had sent like 100 or 500 troops it may have the same effect of extending the battle time & enabling 49% to get up to 50% Is my analysis accurate or flawed?

It's possible. The problem with the analysis is that to find out any direct correlation then multiple rallys have to be run but they have to be identical except what you are testing . For example. The exact same people have to join both rallies the exact same way but only change 1 thing and then make the comparison. If one rally has 3 people send and the next only has 2 then it's impossible to say what caused what. I have done extensive testing on lairs using this methodology and have found that heroes tend to hurt a march more than they help it. But I'm not saying that is always the case. Testing has to be consistent or the results won't be.

Vehicles have no bonus stats so they are the weakest troop. In addition they are the slowest moving which means march times are drastically reduced. I never complained about vehicles in a rally in a zombie lair but it's good practice not to send them. Vehicles are great for gathering or as backup troops for defending your sanctuary. Outside of that their use is limited.

I win zombie lair 35 with 131 million might but with boost but when I got obs weapon it increase to 137 million might without boost but I lose lvl 35 with 47%.

One of the trickiest things to understand is how might and stats effects the outcome of a lair. There are some things as players we may never know. In that regard my biggest recommendation is to test test test. And use what works best. There isn't exactly a single answer that will suffice since there are so many variables and so many unknowns. All we can really know is that some things work and others don't. I wish you luck!

When someone initiates a rally and you click join, then just move the slider up 1 troop. or you can click the number box on the right and type in 1. Then send. Make sure you don't have heroes selected.

If I can be honest no one else in game that I know talks about the morale of a battle either. Honestly this is just my opinion and not necessarily a given. It is a theory I am still working on understanding better. A good alliance is one that helps each other gets along and share their own tips and tricks. Not everyone always agrees on strategy. That's why it's important to talk strategy with your alliance. I learn new things every day.

This was one of my original videos so was still learning. I've actually gotten a lot of positive feedback on how I explain things but I do understand that there are many viewers like yourself that only want the facts and in as short a time period as possible. I try to make sure my content is as concise as possible without sacrificing value. Hopefully some of my newer shorter videos are more to your liking. Thanx for suffering through.

Can you redo this Video please. Looking at all the changes that have occurred over the last two plus years. There's a push for people to be sending full taxis to a lair run. And I absolutely disagree. I'd like to see straight hard data.
