The thing that's really refreshing about Ernest's commitment to the PX4 is that we're getting some kind of new pistol on the market every day that's the new "sexy," but the PX4 is going on its 20th anniversary this year and, in addition to being a proven gun that still outperforms most of the competition, it's finally a "sexy" gun thanks to LTT! @@noway6633 we need to do a video explaining why the P2 and some other rail mounted optics will not work with our plate system. The contact points for the mounting bracket on the P2 are very small, and happen to line up with the screws that we use to mount the plate to the slide. It simply will not work, and we have tried.

I agree -- I'd prefer a well-designed grip texture right out of the factory, but I've had the same Talon grip tape on my EDC Glock 19 for over 7 years (the rubbery kind, not the sandpaper), and I've been very happy with how well it has lasted. The texture is very comfortable and grippy, and it has held up surprisingly well.

Have you by any chance tried the Beretta branded leather holsters for the compact on?OWB ,& I WB .they look good. Would make a good video..all of them .on your belt of course,multiple positions & maybe even a couple different guys with different body types. These guns have the rounder organic shape going on. It’s a plus for owb…with the right belt & holster .gun weight is right on time.plenty of belts will work,the right holsters & it’s going to be a go. So if you have large hands, yes, your pinky is going to rest on the bottom of the mag well. But it does keep you from pinching your fingers when you reload.

Not coming with tritium night sights out of the box is a huge bummer. Either Beretta should be adding them when the goods get to the US or you should be adding them yourselves. If your competitors can do it, then you need to find a way to do it too. I'll be looking for the old pre '24 version.

I literally just received my PX4 compact blackout with TLR Sub and compensator after over a 3 month wait.. only to see that the compensator isn't being offered on newer PX4 compact orders because of 'maintenance issues' and potential baffle strikes due to loosening of the compensator and it's now undergoing "improvements". I see disclaimers on several pages of the website. Frankly I'm concerned about taking the gun to the range and probably will not do so. Will owners from the first batch receive the updated version of the compensator? I would certainly hope so.

The size depends on the backstrap that you choose. With the magwell, you need to trim about 1/8" off the bottom of the talon grips to make room for where the magwell comes over the frame.

Yes, It changes the dimensions of the gun, so it will not fit in a standard holster. The Comp with the light fits in the TLR7 Long holster from JM Custom Kydex.

Yes, get the 1913. The rails are actually replaced by the comp. Basically the light bolts to the comp and you just need to use the correct rail slot insert that comes with the TLR7 that fits the PX4 spacing.

Not the ones that we sell, but you can buy them direct from Vantage Point Armory that can mount without a light. The big problem is holsters after that. We chose the ones with a light attached as it gives you holster options.

There are no plans to build the G-SD in 45. We have not tried the PX4 .45 in 450 SMC, so we cannot say what would need to be done or if it can handle that round.

If it is attached correctly it works just fine. We have also tested it with it loose and the only thing that gets damaged is the compensator.

I want a steel trigger and I'm sure this one is better than the beretta steel trigger that broke on some guns. Yeah, their version of the EPA has pretty much shut that down. It is very little tritium, but when you are taking about thousands of sights, it pushes them over the edge and they can no longer do it anymore.

I own both the original factory CC, the fully optioned CC LTT and now the new factory CC2. The CC2 is a major downgrade from the original CC. Out of the box CC2 doesn’t come with the night sights and doesn’t have the competition trigger group ($200+ combined value). The internals are identical to the standard model except for a 12lbs D hammer spring (6$ value). But I’m sure you can send it to Langdon to have it added. The competition trigger group and the OP trigger bar are not currently available from neither Beretta nor from LTT unless you go the LTT$ path. Beretta dropped the ball here… wake up.

I agree with the night sights, but about 75% of our customers are putting an RDO on their gun, so those sights are wasted. The comp trigger group really does not apply as we are doing a trigger job on the gun anyway. Beretta Italy has to get rid of chrome plating. Just like the night sights, the Italian Government is cracking down on anything that is or creates hazardous waist.

I was issued a 1911 and a beretta 92(Glocks replaced the 92 in 96’). All I remember was thinking this is amazing. There were no companies you could order a custom inside the waistband or outside holster from. We had duty holsters but we never used them for what we did. Stick a sock tip on the barrel and stuff it in your waistband. This guy knows the dimensions of the thickness. Geez

@@HWG-wm8ld As I alluded to; I have a slim frame. Thick guns are not only uncomfortable for me but they also print more. Again, it's a nice gun, but it's just not for me.

​@@evilblackcat6357you are comparing 2 very different guns brother. The 365 is a micro compact that doesnt shoot nowhere near as flat or as refined as this gun. If its total concealment on a small frame you want go with the 365. If you are a medium-large size dude that wants a concealable flat shooting combat pistol in a compact frame this is the creme de la creme 👌
