Great video. Reminds me of my days in the 1980s as a grain merchant with over 500,000 tonnes of wheat in store for the HGCA /IBAP at Buckingham [40,000 tonnes], Lutterworth [100,000 tonnes], Birmingham [150,000 tonnes], Swindon [120,000 tonnes], Blunsdon [40,000 tonnes] and Oldbury [60,000 tonnes]. And the one thing that was more important than anything else - making sure no incoming loads had bugs on board!

What inspection takes place before loading in order to prevent load rejection and significant rework? If the bugs are detected on delivery and rejected, surely they were identifiable before loading?

Yet another cracking video ,Need a PX farms hat tho 😉

Surely if you have a trailer that has carried a contaminated load you wouldn't want to clean it out near where you store stuff, l would have thought it would have been better to have it cleaned out off site, because i presume some of those bugs were still alive?

Drivers don’t give a toss about fuel economy. At my company the top fuel efficient driver swapped trucks with the lowest guy. After 2 weeks the top guy was the worst and the worst guy was top. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Why are your drivers always racing about? It seems to be a trend with tipper drivers.

Here's a question for you, is it cheaper and more cost-effective to use the tractor units for tipping the trailers or the old way when tipper trailers had the little donkey engines on them for tipping.
