If you think about it, Raubahn did some 4D chess, he could have gotten married and had a biological child. Instead he adopts a nameless lalafell child. Legitimizes Pipin and makes him his Legal Heir. Position Pipin as Nanamo's new military advisor and bodyguard. Who's to say the next heir of Uldah won't be an Aldyn-Ul.

Fordola's arc is so good. The growth of Lyse is the purpose of Stormblood - she is actually the protagonist of the story.

I did not like her at 4.0. That being said after literally just finishing 4.1 I see a much likeable Lyse. Not to mention 4.1 is already better than 4.0. Truly enjoyed it and cannot wait to continue the story.

I haven't cried at any point in the game, whether that's "strange" or not, whatever (I'm emotionally detached anyway). I can understand what they're trying to convey, and if you've had life experiences closer to what's being portrayed I can understand how certain scenes could affect you more. The 5.3 ending travels got me the closest... but I have dogs. I could feel that one scene more than any other scene in the game.

I was a filthy cutscene skipper all the way up until 4.1. Yotsuyu's arc up until 4.3 was so good it converted me! Since then I kept playing and watching all cutscenes through 5.0, then, when NG+ mode was introduced I played through everything that I've skipped the cutscenes for and I do mean everything, even Hildebrand's questline for sure. All in all this made getting into Endwalker even more rewarding and I hope Pyro will have as much of a satisfying experience as I did owing to how much dedication he gave the game, and boy does it pay that dedication back well!
