I have an idea for a new Karl show.. they bring in the funniest people and acts in the world and try to make Karl laugh or just happy even... then he can critique them afterwards. It could be called something like "the world's got talent, but does Karl care?" haha

Brenda Yates I noticed that many times Karl laughs when you aren't supposed to laugh.... like the funniest example to me was the first time I saw him laugh - when he had the prostate exam. haha Another one was the time he said he saw a baby fall out of his mother's carriage. Brenda, there was some comment of mine you responded to and I had written out a long response and something happened on Google+ that made me lose it and I couldn't find your response again. Couldn't remember the video of Karl's it was on. But I was saying how I went through the exact same thing you did. I wasn't self diagnosed until I was almost 40 and when I did learn of Asperger's it was sooooo obvious. I had the same issues with friends who treated me like I was a freak, too. The weirdest part of that though is that I think they may have been undiagnosed aspies as well. We all met while in high school because we were stuck in algebra. Many aspies have trouble with algebra. Temple Grandin talks about this in her TED talk. They were a bit more high functioning than me in ways though so I guess that's why I was the freak. Kind of like Karl and Ricky and Stephen.

I wish I had the patience for music... for me music is like reading to Karl. haha I tried learning guitar and piano at different points but I feel like my finickiness as aspie hurt me. I think that could be Karl's issue too. As a aspie some things just drive you nuts for some reason.
