#QNA My concern for mercury intake when eating fish every day, and especially multiple times every day, how big is the danger factor in regards to a long-term lifestyle? (Even if you eat fishes with the lowest mercury levels, is it safe to not get mercury poisoning in the long run?) Bonus question (if you want to explain): Why is it better to eat fish every day than to eat beef/red meat every day?

I'm going to sound like a broken record to anyone who reads my comments (HA!), but I'm going to once again point out the importance of working out with other elite athletes regularly. At the time of this comment, CBum is working out with Ruffin, and he regularly works out with Iain Valliere. Antoine Vaillant with Regan Grimes, et cetera. My point, as it's been all along is that you can only get so far in isolation, regardless who your coach is. I fully realize that because you're in the Netherlands, it would mean spending time in either England or North America, but at some point (I think you're past this point, obviously), to get to your max potential, you're going to have to regularly throw around the iron with contemporaries. (And of course the archetype is Gold's in Venice, CA a la 'Pumping Iron'.) As my dad used to tell me, "Every situation has a ceiling in terms of how good things can get. You want more? Change your situation." P.S. I am not saying that great workout partners can't be found in Europe. I'm just referring to the creme de la creme. #Q&A: is it possible to train with you in the near future? and by that I mean after the Olympia when you start your bulk. Wesley has a wife and child so he has to be careful. He just isn't as big as some of the other top competitors. Definitely a great and unique physique but he can't go to hard because of his family imo
