I’m in the same boat brother. I’m 28 and my hair isn’t what it was 5-8 years ago without touching creatine. It’s fine I won’t lose it until my mid to late 30s, possibly 40s but if I started taking creatine(I obviously want to), I’d be expediting that process and that’s a rough trade off 🤷🏼‍♂️ I/we could start using finasteride but I’ve heard enough anecdotal evidence about side effects that I’m not keen on giving that a try either. Hope you find a way to combat it anyway mate 👍🏻
