I'm a teenager and I have two addictions. They are mild-- just vaping and sh. I don't think I'll ever be able to quit but seeing Tina do it with much worse substances gives me hope. Edit: I've been clean for 4 days from SH. Trying to take small steps to quit. Still smoke nic and don't think I'll be able to quit any time soon.

It helps soooooo much hearing I'm not alone in all this. I've beem sober almost 5 yrs (4/17/19). I moved, cut off everyone (family included), and started over. My rock bottom was similar, I prayed while using and then I got away and got clean. I was in a bad bad place and getting sober was difficult because I was so alone. On my birthday thst same year, I wanted to not be alone..I met a man online, just to have someone to be around that day. Now, almost 5 years and 2 kids later, we are still very much in love and have vene through hell and back but we survived it all. Always do. ❤❤❤❤

I was building up sadness but couldn’t cry and one day I had a mental breakdown/panic attack and now I’m going back to counseling!! I’m really excited to open up again, but at the time I was really cold hearted and distanced. I better know, but I TOTALLY know what you mean by you cared about teacher too much. Same with me, but I’m learning to not be so friendly and kind to everyone. Because, yes. You don’t know what they’re going through. But people also change and they hurt you. you’re not alone ❤

I saw a couple of your shorts reposted to facebook before I was sentenced and then just binge watched a ton of your videos after being released into out time, which is extremely recent, and I absolutely LOVE your content and appreciate your honesty so much. Sometimes I'm a bit shocked at how personal you get as I would definitely be like "this is none of your business" or "this isn't a meeting" (you know the ones I mean) so you being so extra raw is extremely brave and awesome of you and has helped me a lot. Thank you and I'm really grateful that you can go through so much and still really be yourself it's seen and valued

I didn’t make it until my third try. I was going to lose my family (my family is the most important thing in my life) and/or myself. The last time I used/drank was March 12th/2003. #wedorecover ❤ Edit ~> years later during my sisters intervention I told her that I would move mountains to help her stay C&S but I wouldn’t lift a finger to help her (besides being there to talk, go for coffee, stuff like that) if she kept using and drinking. I’m happy to say that in June she’ll be 9 years C&S. ❤

Thank you for that video. I relly love your content. I went an onther way in my addiction and just recognized my behaviour when I met my Ex who was still sober and he told me his story. We had a very good and calm romantic relationship for over 3.5 years and I was always hiding my thoughts, that I'm also an addict. I was also always going with him to his support group, cause they ve been so nice. When we broke up my thoughts were just: I wanna drink the sh*t out of me and get lost for the next days. But also: No you don't, you have to be honest and recognise, that youre having a problem and go to support groups. Yeah and now we are still best friends, and I grew so much since then. love from Berlin.
