Hey Wes, i have a question about balance. I am a male of around 1.90m and don't have really big feet. Not small but for my size they could be bigger. Since i made more gains and gained weight, i sometimes feel like i don't have great balance will doing deadlifts or other exercises. Also just with walking i sometimes feel not very stable. Any advice for better balance will lifting or in general? Stay GOLDEN!

Only thing i add to my oatmeal is banana or sugar free syrup with water or 2% milk its quite good... Anyone got other suggestions?

I make low carb delicious every time I cook steak and eggs and bacon. Cheese is also delicious low carb...pretty easy really, just cook some meat.

depends on bodytype and genetics... some handle and use shitload of carbs some need to diet on 60 grams of oh a day

rep range is not the key to growth or strength. progressive overload is. you can do rep ranges 4-8, 6-10, or 8-12 for example. as long as you track your reps and make sure you can do more reps every training. compound (bench, squat, deadlift) you can do low rep range because you combine muscles. others 6-10 or 8-12.

Fuck You you need to switch between rep ranges you have slow and fast muscle fibres so bench press 6-8reps incline db press 12reps flys 12-15 then you target every muscle fibres this is just a fast example

They are an isolated macronutrient, pretty much like sugar or oil. If you need an easy way to get more protein, get a shake. If you hit your protein without it, don't get one.

I bet you will get sick of eating seafood if you continue to eat all that fish and shrimp! I recently finished a 12 week seafood diet and now the smell of fish makes me want to vomit. I would definitely reccomend adding other meats in your diet.
