He is eating a tonne of fish which contains saturated fat, cholesterol, mercury and microplastics, heavily salting everything, shitttttttt tonne of whey protein he is also using steroids, don't get me wrong he's probably still healthier than 90% of society but if you think this is really healthy then you're wrong.

Fella Finn appearantly its very common that some people think some bodybuilders do can compete as top level bodybuilders without roids. Its quite interesting how common this naive mindset are.
@norbertbrilliant8548
@norbertbrilliant8548 4 жыл бұрын
@@boboman67 humans are kinda disinformed about roids and naively pushing the gym in target to get the same results. And what i dont like from the other end,that these bodybuilders showing their super duper meal plans that helps to get 100kg of muscles, and push on chest 220kg... ofcourse... it looks like theyre hiding behind these meals. Brandon harding pulls his drawer and shows one by one what he injects and where and how many times and he deserve a respect.

Really nice video as always! Editing is perfect, information is interesting, etc. Btw Wesley, I have 2 quick questions: do you weigh your protein sources (e.g. fish) raw or cooked? and do you count only protein from animal sources in your protein goal for a given day (therefore protein from other sources would be a "bonus"), or does your protein goal include protein from all sources ? Thanks and best from France :)

Great movie as always weesley. In the current period of preparation how much protein/carbs/fat intake per kilogram of body weight you need on days without leg and if we do not divide days into high medium and low carbs comsumption how much more can we increase consumption in leg day

Then i found a half gallon thermos with a wide mouth that I fill with hot water from shell cause it comes out at almost 200° from their coffee maker. And drop it in wait 15-20 min and it's all heated completely through

@@MeesterJ All the research in the film is real, the interpretation is just framed to push the narrative the film wants to push. Just like in American ww2 documentaries are the heroes and in British ww2 documentaries the British are. Documentaries have a narrative and they will present actual facts in a way that lines up with what they want to achieve. It's still a documentary, it just requires critical thinking, like all documentaries do, which is not a strength of the general western population
