yes. i used to eat very minimum meat and avoid beef.. even i m not a senior yet.. but i often feeling cold and tired.. when i was trapped at home during pandemic, i watch a lot of videos regarding health from Professors, food scientist .. i started to eat beef , more eggs, animal organs, and lots of vegetable as usual.. my mind is sharper, my skin condition is better, relatively fit physically, as i have weight train twice a week and brisk walk in the park for the other days.. my muscle mass increased n drop in body fat. sleep better. being a vegetarian is good but one need to have in depth knowledge in order to be a healthy vegetarian... i chose to eat varieties and stay healthy in such way.
