I can't thank God enough for finding your channel i been doing the exercises for about a week but mostly this routine and i am amazed at how it has helped me to lower my blood pressure to the point that on my first reading today it is 114/77! thanks you for sharing your knowledge i can't understand why this video does not goes viral it is PURE GOLD TO LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE, BLESSINGS AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I think you are an expert in lowering Blood pressure.Please compile all advices for reducing BP together in one video. Would like to know MOST EFFECTIVE methods.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! It is difficult to compile all methods in one video because some natural methods to lower BP work better for some people and other methods work better for others. Also for long term effect it is important to use a combination of different exercises. Please try several methods described in videos on my channel and let me know which ones work better for you.
