This is the Qigong Massage Legs, Feet, Knees.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Legs and Feet, and Knees, Keep Qi and Blood of Legs flowing good again, Strengthen Legs and Feet and Keep your Feet Warm.
You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise.

I was asked by someone what I think about the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. I smiled and asked him to access this site and urged him to be consistent with these lessons and he will no longer be interested in any conflict, not just the one in Ukraine ... I learn much in your videos. Most grateful dear friend. ❤The massage feet and toes. I do it in bed under the warmth blanket, with each foot to other foot...it does works well for me who try to avoid over strain my fingers....😝

This practice was just in time! I worked outside all day yesterday and was quite stiff this morning, so I did warm up, then breathing practice then this, and feel ready for today. Thank you again.

Thank you. I am hoping this will help with the numbness I have in my feet. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Insulin resistant 6 years ago which I have managed to overcome through intermittent fasting and a change in diet. I stopped eating sugar which also included cakes, biscuits/cookies, chocolate and food with sugar as an ingredient. Unfortunately, the numbness in my feet continues.

What can I do do alleviate crepitus after a bad ankle sprain? (my horse landed on my right leg) Now when I go running my ankle makes noise 😵‍💫

You can, but do gentle. Just listen to your body. If it says, you can, then you can do it.
