Dear Friends, Thank you for watching , and joining us with Qigong meditation. This is the Qigong Massage Legs. Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Legs and Feet, Keep Qi and Blood of Legs flowing good again, Strengthen Legs and Feet and Keep your Feet Warm. You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise. Thanh you and Enjoy your Daily Qigong with Joy and Peace..

I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease. I don’t have pain, just difficulty walking. My legs have virtually no feeling. I have been doing this daily for a month. I’m walking better and I have regained some feeling. Thank you Brother Insight.

I have to say the first night I massaged my legs I slept very deeply and had NO restless legs that I have had every night for years! Thank you for this very effective procedure.

I have been doing this for 6 wks now. I have more feeling in my calves and my feet are flat on the floor. Toes are gripping slightly. We are so much stronger than we realise - believe in yourself! Thankyou, Brother ❤❤🙏🙏

My legs have been feeling sore and heavy at the end of the day..and had a sore heel...last night , for the first time..in a long time they were not heavy..it is part of my morning practice now..I do a lot of walking...as I have no car..nearing 70 and I want to continue to have strong legs!!

Thank you so much. I had surgery for a fractured and dislocated ankle in January and also had a bit of a lump develop on the sole of my left foot - it was not harmful or cancerous. I have been following your other video on healing ankle and foot massage, and just found this one. The lump on the bottom of my right foot has almost disappeared, and I have more feeling back in my right ankle (which was operated on), everyday. Thank you so much ❤️.

Thank you for another wonderful massage session. Soak our feet in warm Epsom salts apply oil then repeat this massage again. So relaxing after 30 minutes of brisk walking. 🙏 😊 💗

Thank You so much Shifu, i have severe hip disease , & require a replacement. I use a walker. I cannot believe how much better that i am walking now without the walker. I use a cane now, the stiffness, & soreness is next to almost gone. Big THANKS TO YOU SO MUCH.

I had low back surgery that affects the nerve that goes down the back of the leg. Pressing on the calf muscle point helps a lot. I can feel the electricity flowing to my toes. Thank You.

🙏 Thank you. I used to do something similar when I was young as a child and young adult, just as it was natural. Somehow I got out of it as life became more and more over busy and stressful going in unnatural for me directions, feeling I had to do what I was supposed to do (what was expected by society and relatives and obligations, including sudden changes and wasted long term efforts). Then I got extreme illness. Didn’t die despite statistics but have chronic issues now. Had remembered it felt better to do this type of massage, but felt unwell to do it when most need it. Thank you for the video , about one year later seeing it now. Having some guidance as we do it ourself is most helpful. Thank you.

I had to smile when you said: Find a comfortable place to sit... like a rock :D and I agree a rock is a wonderful place to sit to enjoy Qigong meditation in nature. My legs feel very good now, released even though i did not feel the tension consciously before, this is real medicine in a good gentle way. Mazita Zana - just found this recently and I love it! And yes, 'on the rock' makes me smile every time. :) This keeps me from having leg cramps at night. If I don't have time for other videos, I always try to get this one in at night.

Thank you for the massage lesson. Its so easy to forget the feet and only go for the neck, shoulders and back while doing massage. Easy to forget that our feets connects us daily to the ground. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
