Thank you Steven! I really appreciate you adding in alternative movements and ways of doing these exercise . I have quite a few body movement limitations and being given alternatives will help me to keep doing these. Blessings!!

Excellent! (And the aloe plant is really beautiful!). I'm going to listen to the Tony Selimi meditation based on this song. I did get confused with the lateral flexion---going side to side---it didn't seem like your head was really following the movement, as is done with yoga. I tried to copy what you were doing, but it felt a little awkward to me...

Ellen Lederman, I'm glad that you enjoyed the practice. Yes, lateral movement can be challenging for a lot of people. Keep practicing and it will become a part of you.
