Please, You Tube, don't take this Qi Gong session away. I, like many, continue to benefit from the calm, meditative movements, serene backdrops and gentle music. There's nothing like it out there with this blend.

@JStephens Wealth Management Lovely video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (probably on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate after many years got excellent success with it.

Any aches or pain, I always use this video to get myself back in shape. I would recommend this qi gong warm up to any age or gender. It is gentle, good for the body and mind.

Human qi is an extremely powerful energy that can be directed towards healing disease, strengthening the body, or keeping the body young. Falun Gong practitioners were brutally tortured and sent to labor camps by the Chinese Communist Party in a crackdown that started in 1999 to keep this knowledge hidden. www angelfire com/empire/serpentis666/Kundalini html
@nominal67 жыл бұрын
Putting aside the fact that Li Hongzi, falun gong leader, believes that ETs are here to take our souls, the group did try to take over the gouvernement and this is a no-no in a communist country. The worst comes through mixing depp inside qigong with politics: the damages that can be done inside a person can be great in doing so. You should ask yourself why Chinese ex-members of the falung gong do not want their new addresses be known by falung gong members. This is even more important now, as any argument against China can be used to motivate people in a war against China and, more and more politicians are getting into this web. Qigong is great. Qigong mixed with politics, not so. Try to be pure. There could be ETs from other dimenrsions trying to take over human kind, as millionaire Li Hongzi claims, although this should not be mixed with qigong at all. Time Magazine, 1999: TIME: Why does chaos reign now? Li: Of course there is not just one reason. The biggest cause of society's change today is that people no longer believe in orthodox religion. They go to church, but they no longer believe in God. They feel free to do anything. The second reason is that since the beginning of this century, aliens have begun to invade the human mind and its ideology and culture. TIME: Where do they come from? Li: The aliens come from other planets. The names that I use for these planets are different . Some are from dimensions that human beings have not yet discovered. The key is how they have corrupted mankind. Everyone knows that from the beginning until now, there has never been a development of culture like today. Although it has been several thousand years, it has never been like now. Reference: content.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,2053761,00.html

Sabrina d'amato hello! The first Time i Heard about tai Qi I was a six years old boy and it fascinated me.. So gracious, slow and calm' although it was hiding a powerful strenght: inner power, which I understood later. But unfortunately no one to teach me so young in France, so I studied painting and "classic western kids" sports in the 90's! Then around 18 I started martial arts with a judoka and Heard about Qi gong and internal martial arts... Now 28 Still practicing, reading and meeting traditional chinese medecine experts to learn from them. And I will until my very Last day on Earth. I sincerely hope this Child one day Will Say like me: "what a chance that I've been introduced to this precious and ancient knowledge so young".

Chinese musical instruments like the GuZheng and Guqin and Erhu are medicine and Qi Gong for the mind...the second part of this video is a nice variation of the 8 pieces of Silk Brocade. There are so many different ways I have seen the movments done and there is even sitting Silk Brocade pieces too. The 222 dislikes are from the stagnant Chi that is exhaled back to creation. Have a lovely rest of the evening.

My jaw dropped open and my cornflakes cascaded out like a Chinese waterfall as I watched the master and the two students performing the exercise. Why? Because I didn't know that perfecting the art of Qigong would enable a mere human being to teleport from one location to another. Amazing! Simply amazing! They start out in front of the temple and reappear on a mountain top. "Beam me up" has got nothing on this. I'm starting lessons with this guy next week. I'll be saying sayonara to planes, trains and automobiles when I've mastered the teleporting art of Qigong. : )

nominal6 The master will not teach you, if you are not determined. You have to practice regularly and correctly, and daily to increase your skill level for 2 years, only then you can get to the next level., If you cant give even 15 minutes of your day everyday, then I apologize this is not for you. Make yourself able.
