If your water in the background is not a river, but a pond or lake, it needs dolomite calcium at 50 lbs per acre dumped into it. If that does not clear it up, then keep adding until the water is clear and you can see the bottom without the water being cloudy.

When you learn to look and listen inside the shaking will highlight areas in the body where we are still tense. These are the areas we still need to work on. This is what I have realised practicing this exercise over the last 6 years.

Plz suggest an exercise for vertigo patients....also vertigo patients can't jump so do suggest an alternative to this exercise to release tension n stress🙏

Does Qigong cause those problems like they Kundalini yoga does. They say everyone shouldn't do kundalini because it's scary and could be dangerous
