My balance is very off because I'm flat footed...but I found your videos 2 weeks ago...do em every night before going to bed. I have lost 11 pounds...I think it has to do with all the breathing and movements. I'm a weightlifter, so all this is very new to me. I injured my wrist after a fall before a competition...and needed something to do that was gentle enough. I am very grateful I found you.
