7 minutes of bliss! I do feel revitalized, but relaxed at the same time...unlike after the one hour ballet barre class and then the one hour of hot yoga I did this morning. I love your style and pace---so much nicer than being pushed by yoga instructors to do things the body (or at least, my body) wasn't meant to do and which revs up the nervous system (when almost all of us need to calm down our nervous system).
