I came into today with much to do and a feeling of dread. I chose this routine because of it's title out of desperation. The most dramatic thing happened....I do "Feel Good in 15 minutes" and not only am I prepared to "face" this day, but am centered, calm and energized once again. Gratitude to you Kseny and the beautiful teachings you share with us.

Thankfully I discovered your channel about 6 weeks ago. Just completed the 21 day course for beginners and tried a few others. Already I more healthy in body, mind and wellbeing. I'm definitely going to be continuing with the lessons. Thank you Kseny.

@ Actually, I’m Susan, Mike’s wife. I’ve been trying chi gon ever since I retired 8 months ago. I incorporate my chi exercises along with my daily workouts. I feel much more relaxed & flexible! (Mike & I share our email). I enjoy your energy, enthusiasm & travel sites!
