Been doing this routine randomly throughout the month and I feel my energy is more in my control and im more present in my body and feel SO safe!!!

Generally speaking, they help to unblock trapped or stagnant energy in the body and make it move more efficiently. The energy activates all the processes in the body and moves blood and fluids. Naturally we feel a sense of vitality when things are flowing harmoniously. Mentally, it can help to shift into the parasympathetic state and reduce stress, so we feel more present and relaxed. I'm glad it was helpful and you brought you some relief!
