I just did this before bed and it was the perfect thing. I've been struggling with a headache the last half of the day, which i thing is related to muscle tension and stress. This helped the headache halfway go away and also just very relaxing in general. Thank you and thanks for the relaxing music, instead of something with a driving beat that some people play during their tai chi videos. I much much prefer silence or relaxing meditative music. This is a great service you are providing!

I can hardly move tonight, was trying to do this but the swimming one was oddly acting up my meineirs disease on top of why I can't move. Maybe next time.

Hi Tiffany, take it easy. If you feel that your body needs a rest, it probably does. Seated practices can be helpful or abdominal breathing exercises for 5 minutes to restore. How are you feeling today?

Mirror shows you let lower spine curve in. You need to pay attention to ming men as you rise. 🙂🙂

Rest your back on the wall, easily bend knees keeping back against the wall, then up again, repeat breathing deeply 🙂🙂 Oh and does seem to help sleep!

Tai Chi is a branch of dymanic form of Qigong. Cloud hands movement originated from the martial art side of Tai Chi Chuan. I'm glad to hear that you like both practices.
