Morning kseny! Started this practice today! My body responds so well to the qi gong exercises. We have rolling power cuts here so am about to go and walk the girls with my head torch on. Always making plans to work around limitations Have a great day!😁🐶🐶

Did this routine again today and feel so much better. Awake and ready for the day! Thank you for all of your many videos that help me start my day rooted and with awareness for myself before the demands of others are starting!

HELLO kensy bonjour from Paris I keep on doing my qigong practice every morning with you for one hour and the more I advance the better I feel and I used to get up in the morning with stiff hip and back because I used to be a nurse and having terrible pain in my lower back /// and I get up now with no stiffness I have learned to relax my body following your instruction inhaling and exhaling and I stay calm and relax everyday and it's amazing how qigong has change my life /..so the first thing when I get up^: I DO qigong with Kensy you are a very good teacher and thank you so much for all your good advices merci beaucoup de la france

my new favorite morning thing. extremely grounding. Like that my feet were on the ground for most of it instead of on my toes. and that you show how to do that spinal wave! Just starting to relax a little here in the USA after 5 years of chaos . . .

Very nice, especially the waterfall movement---although I am not nearly as graceful and fluid as you. I actually did this at night---still seemed good. I think the birds were enjoying watching you, according to all the music they were making!

An enjoyable way to start the day:). (As a minor point: the natural setting looked nice. However, with my eye sight I did find it difficult to see your movements against the variegated background compared to your other videos (the dark top you had blended in well for camouflage)).
