📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
300g (2cups) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
200ml (0.85cup) Milk
38g (3tbsp) Sugar
3g (1tsp) Instant yeast
3g (1/2tsp) Salt
28g (2tbsp) Unsalted butter
Unsalted butter
Sesame seeds
📢 Important tips
1. Heat on low heat, about 10 minutes per side. Total about 20 minutes
2. If you don't have butter, you can use any other cooking oil to substitute, the sesame seeds can be omitted.
3. It is recommended to use a 9-inch or larger pan to make

Thank you so much!! I just cooked this today and it was my first time using yeast. I only had active yeast not instant, so I had to let it activate in the warm milk and sugar first, but it came out perfectly!! Thank you thank you these rolls are so fluffy and delicious!
