Recipe for bread in the pan:
400 grams of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
210 ml warm water.
7 grams of dry yeast.
sunflower oil.
We put on a low fire, cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
We remove the cover.
We turn around.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes.

I really resent catch phrases like these: "Simply add the FLOUR to the WATER and the bread is ready." Hmmm... In the video you see a regular bread making process, with the water and yeast added TO the flour, kneaded well, the let rise as usual. Don't get me wrong, it is a good, normal bread recipe. The only difference here is that it is baked in a cast iron frying pan on top of the stove. Again, not unusual, but it is good idea to show people who do not know this method how it is done. But I would have advertised it only as "Rustic stovetop bread".

I ran a cafe for 15 years, I never did kneading. 4 ingredients, milk,yeast, oil and all purpose flour. I put all of those in my big mixer, dumped them out when mixed thoroughly. I didn't cover anything, just let it rise and rolled it out and cut the rolls. Came out great.
