I Made My Favorite Dessert With Stream

For Bread:
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
¼ cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon warm water
¼ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
For the Filling:
¾ cup light brown sugar firmly packed(165g)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted (57g)
For the Icing:
1¼ cup powdered sugar (150g)
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
green, purple, and yellow sanding sugar
