just got my regular stem mount in the mail for my 23 zx6r, super disappointed to find out it doesnt fit... customer support said i had to get bunch of other adapters from ram to be able to mount my phone. you are a lifesaver, gonna return my regular and get the pro.

The Mag case has a magnetic back so it will connect to a wireless charger. It magnetizes together. That’s what I have. You can still charge your phone on a wireless charger with a regular case too.

i didnt have the pro, and i have the regular fork mount, i can't seem to get it go all the way in....

Do you have the zx6r? If so, I had to buy the pro. If you got to go in a little, it should go all the way. You have to make sure the spacers aren’t catching and keeping it from going down.

I got a normal fork stem mount, not the pro, cause I didn't know any better. I got it to go all the way down into the hole, but when tightening it up, it just spins forever. Any tips on actually being able to tighten it?

Is it snug going in the stem? If so you should be able to pull up slightly on the phone mount as you push down on your Allen wrench it will tighten. If that doesn’t work. You’ll need to get the pro. The neck of the stem mount is different from the regular mount. That’s why I ordered the pro. Plus it gives two different size sleeves for the stem.

Did you ever have a problem with the pronoun getting loose after a ride? I had the normal stem mount realized it didn’t work how I wanted and so I ordered the pro stem mount waiting for it in the mail but was curious if it gave you any issues installing it all the way down?

@@bigdaddybaasxx162 yes. It gave me trouble. I couldn’t even get the regular mount to tighten properly. Once I got the pro, it tightened and never have me any trouble

Wasted money on any phone mount on sport bike. Get a gold wing old man and cup holder and stereo and cruise control. Jeez it is sport bike idea is to get ride of useless crap to lighten it and make it faster and handle stop and accelerate better. It is spirt bike not lexus luxury cruiser. Get a gold wing and give this bike to real rider that uses it for its purpose, corner carving at speeds that scare you
