This is an insanely bad and misleading comparison. I have watched TAM for 6 years or so and am obviously on his side, but as soon as I heard him say for the first time “my goal is to get his channel terminated” I knew he had really screwed himself over, and it was painful to watch everything unfold afterward and see so many people not understand why. KZbin is not a public court. Setting a precedent that users (especially those with large followings) can personally get someone’s channel taken down would be a HUGE mistake, regardless of how many violations they have made or how bad of a person they are. It’s not always so clear and obvious as this case, and it would be VERY easy to create a misleading video about almost any creator if someone wanted them gone. Quantum was a wildly evil person and absolutely deserved to get taken down, and KZbin should have been WAY more transparent with Act Man and us viewers. But there will never be a day where KZbin allows people to start making videos with the explicit goal of getting someone else’s channel taken down.

Act Man cannot get a persons channel terminated, much like how a prosecutor cannot convict someone of a crime. The prosecutors job is to prove they are guilty within a reasonable doubt with the facts they have, and their knowledge of the law to the judge or jury, like Act Man did to KZbin who is the judge. I had a girlfriend over a year ago, and got to experience her father who acted by definition, a narcissist. I experienced how he abused his wife and daughter, how he manipulated them to do whatever he wanted either through dehumanizing them, slapping them in the past, belittling them you name it he did it. the final straw was when i discovered he slapped his wife in my presenace where i told my girlfriend she needed to leave. as of now, that gf went insane, became something she promised she wouldn't but i still think, her getting out of that mans hands was a good thing. I HOPE, I PRAY, that Quantum gets every fucking thing that he deserves for his actions.

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when all this went down. Everyday when I was at work I would put my headphones on and listen to each video the moment it was uploaded. And I remember watching the Darkseid of KZbin one once and and went back to watch it again and it was gone.
