@@regurgam8518 Addmittedly I'm quite easy to please but I feel that Queen rarely miss with their songs. I know a lot of fans don't really like the album as it's such a departure from their style and I'm pretty sure some of the members themselves weren't particularly happy making the album but I just like the vibe. I personally don't think there are any bad ones on the album but I'm not trying to invalidate your opinion and I do get why a lot of people don't like it :)

(What stinks if the actions of some, at times shorten the available life options of others, at times, severely)! Pro-lifers blowing up abortion clinics, now that's a real moron move!

I hate to break it to people but WAY more people died from violence in the previous 5500 years of recorded history than have died from firearms in the previous 2 decades. The Persians were using explosives in 2000 BC. The Greeks had their Greek fire. The Romans had explosives. PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. That is a fact no matter if its too complicated or too simplified for your brain to process. IT IS A FACT. Humanity has a HEART condition not a firearm problem.
@thetruthchannel3496 жыл бұрын
"The more gun control the less gun violence. The more gun control the less general violence in a society." Incorrect. Look up how many people were killed in just LONDON over the past decade from stabbings. Like ten times more than here in the US. PEOPLE WANT TO KILL? THEYLL FIND A WAY TO DO IT. THAT SIMPLE. AGAIN. WE HAVE A HEART PROBLEM. NOT A GUN CONTROL PROBLEM.
@Gardenlodge46915 жыл бұрын
Another reason the critics (and the public, i guess) didn't like Hot Space.........Queen were making a statement with this song. Which is often a hard thing for people to accept - they don't want artists to express their beliefs or have any political views. Yet another thing i love about Queen - they were not afraid to challenge the status quo even if it meant diminished album sales.
@walover1655 жыл бұрын
You'd have thought the critics would know by now, since White Man was on Day at the Races and Don't Try Suicide was on The Game. Queen was never shy about making statements.

Put out the fire Queen Hot space (1982) Put out the fire Put out the fire Прекрати огонь! They called him a hero In the land of the free В стране свободы, But he wouldn't shake my hand boy Но он не захотел пожать мне руку, He disappointed me Он разочаровал меня. So I got my hand gun And I blew him away И выстрелил в него, That critter was a bad guy I had to make him pay You might fear for my reason I don't care what they say Look out baby it's the season Осторожно, детка, настало время For the mad masquerade Безумного маскарада! Put out the fire, put out the fire, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, You need a bullet like a hole in the head Put out the fire, put out the fire, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, Don't believe what your grandaddy said She was my lover It was a shame that she died But the constitution's right on my side Cos I caught my lover in my neighbour's bed I got a retribution, filled 'em all full of lead I've been told it is the fashion Мне сказали, что теперь мода такая - To let me on the streets again Выпустить меня на свободу, It's nothing but a crime of passion And I'm not to blame И я не виноват! Put out the fire, put out the fire, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, You need a weapon like a hole in the head Put out the fire, put out the fire baby, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, And let your sons and your daughters Sleep sound in there beds You know a gun never killed nobody Ты же понимаешь, ружье само по себе не убивает - You can ask anyone Спроси кого угодно! People get shot by people Людей убивают люди, People with guns Люди с ружьями! Put out the fire, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, You need a gun like a hole in the head Put out the fire, put out the fire, Прекрати огонь, прекрати огонь, put out the fire прекрати огонь, Just tell me that old fashioned gun law!!!!!!
