About Pamela von Sabljar
Pamela von Sabljar is a speaker, facilitator and author working at the evolutionary edge. She espouses dialoguing, sensing, creating and leading from this ever-emergent edge. Pamela has more than 25 years of experience in #facilitation, #leadership, personal and systemic #development and behavioural science. She has worked with businesses, the public sector, and private individuals, specialising in personal, group and organisational development.
Pamela has founded and led several EU projects and leadership programs in advanced self-awareness and self-leadership. For the last 15 years, she has been focusing on #intersubjective facilitation, fostering the condition for #emergence to happen. In addition to designing and co-hosting the largest global Emergent Dialogue training in the world, she leads Facilitate The Shift masterclasses and hosts training on cutting-edge sense-making platforms like Rebel Wisdom, Emerge Network and Ekskäret Foundation. She is also a Co-Initiator of the Nordic Women's gathering.
