Short on time but want to do a full-body yoga flow? Then this is the class for you. This yoga sequence is jam-packed with everything you need, there will be hip openers, inversions, twists, balancing poses, backbends and a little core work. It's a minimal cue vinyasa flow that will create warmth as well as improve flexibility.
As this is a minimal cues class there will be very little talking. I'll be using minimal cues (yoga pose names) to guide you through a powerful yet soothing vinyasa sequence, to help strengthen and lengthen those muscles, to calm the mind through meditative movement and to help get the blood flowing even when you're pushed for time.
