In need of a delicious morning stretch out? This 20-minute morning yoga stretch routine may be just the thing you need, it offers a full-body stretch as well as a little strengthening wake-up call to help energize your whole system and prepare you for the day ahead.
Yogis of all levels are welcome to take part as I'll be offering yoga pose variations to suit different flexibility levels. Don't forget to let me know how you get on in the comments below. My intention was to do a longer morning class with you, but since I slept in (went back to sleeep after my cat woke me up with Great Expectations at 4.45 AM), this one did just as well! Thank you! Longer class tomorrow, I'm sure ;-)
