I am Currently 5m pregnant and need to increase my protein intake due to insulin resistance to keep me full. When I do chia seed pudding I use sugar free pudding mix to flavor it and thicken it. It’s always so good and thick. Thank you for this!

Oh thank you for the quick and easy ideas! My problem is that I get home late and don't want to cook or stop by a fast food place, so I'm always struggling to find something to eat that is light right before bed. I think the chicken salad and the cucumber salad would be great to pre make and put in the fridge for dinner later that day!

I’ve noticed that some influencers promote products for the paycheck, but then never mention them again. ...having a little Protein Meat Treat in a Bag for On the Go...is way better than being so hungry, nothing to eat in the car,, and you give in - and head to Mcdonald's! Remember people, these are for grab and go snacks for on the run...not for every meal, every day eating...having these on hand, keeps you on track...when you are too busy to make a meal!

Have avocados on hand, they are filling! or..hard boiled eggs, things to make a protein shake, a banana with a tbsp. of peanut butter... or make a cup of tea to get your mind off eating!

thank you! i literally JUST started having herbal green tea & it really is so nice, or i’ll make a smoothie either spinach and blueberry or a protein fiber smoothie (cottage cheese, cauliflower rice, spinach, cocoa powder, cinnamon and pyure stevia ) and it tastes like a chocolate shake!

What could you substitute for the hot chili oil & spice mixture if you can’t do hot spicy foods?? I know it adds tons of flavor but I cannot do spicy foods. The tuna salad looks amazing! Yum!! 😊❤

You could add some black pepper/mustard to add some heat, but not as hot as spicy foods, or m if can’t do any hot chilli, best to leave it out altogether

I'm finding in a lot of the recipes that call for cottage cheese, you can't even taste it. If it's a texture thing for you, try blending it until smooth before adding it to a recipe.
