I made these the other night and they are quite tasty. They are light, you can make them larger for burgers or even long thin ones for hot dogs. It is a great recipe. It's been so cold in my house I set my bowl with cover on, on my heat vent lol. Thank you so much because now I'm throwing out so many other dinner roll recipes. They just didn't seem as great. I also used my home canned butter...yummy...my love and blessings to you

I am fairly certain you can but I wouldn't let it rise twice. I used to have a bread maker and I hated it. I can make bread dough much quicker without one. That is why you never see me using one. Bread is so simple and it really makes a difference to me when I can get my hands into it.

Dollar Tree. They don't carry the gossner milk any more, you have to order it online or you can purchase it directly from their factory store if you live in Utah, Idaho or El Centro, CA.

In minutes it was ready to shape into roll's . We had hot tasty roll's in less than an hour total prep. and baking time ! Looking for a pretzel dough and this may work too . Going to try the dough as cinnamon roll's next.Fast and wonderful . Thank you soooo much . Love your video's .What size bowl w/K.A.mixer ?

Hi Noreen....I just made these yesterday and shared with my neighbor. Her comment was "these are awesome!" and I agree! Thanks so much for all the recipes & videos - both my husband and I have enjoyed them for some time. One quick question -- is the reason for the 2 TBSP of yeast to keep the rolls light? They were very light and fluffy...just the way we like 'em! Thank you!

I am making these tonight however I had major issues with the dough climbing the J hook attachment for my Kitchenaid. So much so that I smelled the motor burning and it got really hot. Not sure why it did not handle the load well but I hope they turn out as yummy as yours look! Thanks for another great recipe to try out on my family!
@NoreensKitchenOfficial11 жыл бұрын
I don't have a "J" hook and I personally hate them. I have a spiral hook, however I don't think they make them for the Artisan model of the Kitchenaid mixers.

I just got an email from QVC because I asked to be notified anytime there are Kitchenaid shows coming up. On January 23rd there is a Kitchenaid show from 2am to 3am and again from 1pm to 2pm. There is also a show on February 10th from 4am to 5am. It's almost certain they're going to have the stand mixers on easy pay. If you can't watch at those times I would DVR the presentations or go to QVC.com those days to see what the specials are. Hope it helps!

@cgarvin463712 жыл бұрын
I am very curious why you didn't let them rise the second time? Was it because the yeast is instant? I know I have found that many cooks etc. do things different ways but it all works! These rolls look soo delicious I could almost smell them!!!

I couldn't agree more. It wasn't me and I think that giving in secret is an honorable thing to do.
@NoreensKitchenOfficial12 жыл бұрын
You can make these rolls any size you like. Make them hamburger size, sub size any shape you want. if you do it that way, just make them on a baking sheet and leave a bit of room between each one so they don't bake together, but it's no big deal if they do! Enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!

I made the rolls in a pan like yours and let them cool for 1/2 hr in the pan and the bottoms were wet. The rolls were done and browned on bottom but the moisture caused it to get wet. Do you pull yours out to cool?

There is really no way to save money on a Kitchenaid mixer. They are expensive, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" This is the case with this brand of mixer. I would not recommend any other brand. The only thing I would suggest is that you keep your eyes on HSN when they do their Kitchenaid days when you can get the latest model at a discount with free shipping and on their Easy Pay plan where you pay a certain amount each month for a certain number of months.
@mooncakes66612 жыл бұрын
hey Noreen , this is kinda unrelated to your video but i need you're advice... do you have any tips in regards to saving money on a new kitchen aid stand mixer. i have a small from home cake business and i'm running my mixer into the ground =/ Ive had it for 15 yrs though so its time for a new or second one anyway. i dont have much money if there is any advice you could offer me it would be greatly appreciated xoxo shelly
