I started doing these workouts right when the video was uploaded! It's very effective!! I already see results on my arms and feel much stronger already :)

Thanks Sandi, always greatly informative! If you consider that some trail runners use trekking poles or quad push from time to time this can actually benefit running.

I would claim this can actually improve running, especially on short distances and uphill you need that arm power.

as an amateur runner, i only lift to get rid of my skinny fat body. Otherwise, i would only be focusing on core and legs.
