Sir Assalamualaikum Hope my this comment will find you in the best of your health Sir I was having this problem for the last15years.l consulted many neurologists and physiotherapist and used each and every remedy but all useless. This problem limited my all activities.I was unable even to run for 30 seconds. The pain was also effecting my shoulder and back which was also effecting my sleep. Last night I pray to Allah that I can no longer bear this pain. Ya Allah kindly relieve my pain.Next day I came to face your this video. Believe me with the 1st practice I feel 50 percent relief and on 3rd day I feel 90 percent improvement. Alhamdulillah. I followed the simple one minute exercise as suggested. Instead of quietly pausing for each move, I recite the Fatihah and ask Allah to help. So far, it works. Alhamdulillah.

Thanks, l couldn't sleep l was in so much pain. Tried the exercise it didn't really work the first time but the second time it really took away must of the pain and I was able to get some sleep.
