Quick Easy Barría Taco Recipe

Ingredients you will need to make this dish
2-2.5 lbs of chuck/eye round plus Mutton mean or ribs bone in
4 cups of beef both
7 Guijillos or chile puya
2 Pasilla (chile ancho)
2 Chile de árbol ( can add more for extra spice)
4 glove of Garlic/or 2tbs of garlic powder
1 white onion
2-3 Bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
2 tbsp vinagre
1 tbs of black pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp ground ginger
For the Tacos
Corn tortillas
Mexican cheese
4 limes
Pressure cooker
Paper towel
2 tomatoes (optional)
Add when boiling the peppers and onions
