Hi Sorry for the delay, here are the conversion’s All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups = 240 grams Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup = 100 grams Finely Chopped Pecans: 1 cup = 100 grams Unsalted Butter: 1 cup = 227 grams Salt: 1/4 teaspoon is about 1.42 grams (assuming standard table salt) Vanilla: 2 teaspoons = 10 grams Pecan Halves for Topping: 12-24 pecan halves, depending on the recipe, typically weigh around 50-100 grams.
