I Just managed to work through the segment with arms on shoulders for the first time. I started at 9:30 into the routine so I had enough energy left.

Hi Lottie, joining everybody in thanking you for yet another Pilates routine to help us get moving and connected to our bodies. I'm now in my third round of the 24-day Pilates challenge, though I sometimes do it out of order depending on how much time I have available in a day, and I feel much stronger. I have a question: I take adult ballet classes, and since you had been a ballet dancer, which of your routines can help with landing a good and clean pirouette? I tend to tilt backward while turning and it's so frustrating. Thank you and have a great day!

I don't know specific exercises but had the same problem in ballet. part of my leaning back was due to trying too hard to stand straight up and tilting my chin up. good luck on your ballet journey; some adult classes would be good for me. I did them years ago but over the years it became harder to fit in the schedule.

It's been a while... Could someone please remind me whether, in tabletop, your knees and feet are together or parallel? Similarly in the standing position, before you roll down for example, feet together or hip width apart? 🤔 Thanks!

Hey, Carolyn! I think your knees should be bent so that your thighs are perpendicular to the floor. Your shins are the ones parallel to the floor. ❣
