So good!!! I know a dog that collects big tree branches so I used that stick. Really enjoyed the class!!

I swear you a creative genius. Just did this and your ten minutes foam roller video and I feel like a new person. Would love more stick and foam roller workouts, also have you ever worked out with the Pilates bar, it’s like a stick with two bands attacked at either end with foot straps? This a strange question: but how do you get your feet to be pointed straight? I know if someone does ballet/dance they get their feet like that. But as someone who has never done dance in their life, is it possible to stretch and get their feet straight (if so any specific exercises)? Love your videos by the way and thanks for making them accessible to all of us.

thats a great question! like most things, i think feet are a combination of genetics and the work you put into them; i do have naturally very high arches, but also i trained for many years as a dancer. i will send you a link to a class which deals a lot with feet, let me know how you get on
