Hi Lauren, love watching your videos. I was wondering what size needle and thread you chose for this project? I have the Juki TL2010Q and If I remember correctly the machine you are using is the TL2000. I wanted to try doing a bag with vinyl and waterproof canvas and wanted to be sure on what would work best. Loved your choice of fabric

one thing I will say, poor workmanship, always blames their tools, it doesnt matter what you use as long as you have the correct tools, it should always come out good, watching other video's you have made, you seem to disregard people who have a domestic machine , I always have been brought up to believe, quality is better than quantity , doesnt seem like it in your case , you said in one video that if anyone wants to know anything about a domestic then go elsewhere, which I found shocking , you take peoples patterns and you complain about them, not realising how much stress and upset it causes, your own patterns have always been simple, designers put a lot of effort into making them , only to have you say they should do it this way or that way, who are you to judge ??

Oh my goodness.... If you don't like her videos.... Just travel on!
@AngieKT3274 жыл бұрын
She’s said in numerous videos when people ask about certain domestic machines that she can’t give advice on them or what the machine can handle because she hasn’t used them before, and she can only speak on the machines she’s used. Patterns are also commonly modified to meet the needs of the customer. If she modifies a pattern then she lets you know that she’s doing that. I personally love her videos, if you don’t, then don’t watch them 🤷🏻♀️
@sabrina78014 жыл бұрын
You are so way off the mark here. I can't help but think you are just trolling Lauren. She doesn't disregard those with domestic machines, she simply focuses on the machine that she currently uses. Also, I can confirm that is much easier to sew on thicker materials with an industrial vs a domestic. The great thing about Lauren is she focuses on quantity (owing to the fact on how popular her bags are), and quality. Her work is amazing. Finally, I have not found her to "complain" about anyone's patterns, she simply offers alternative ways of sewing based on her years of expertise. I for one welcome it and do not understand who is getting "stressed out" here, other than yourself.
