In yoga, we generally inhale as we move our body upwards, and exhale as we move downward

Hey Kino!! I get frustrated sometimes about not being able to do an L sit still after 6 months of continuous practice. But I'm not a quitter and I will achieve it by the end of this year. People here, do check on me later!!

The frog jumps are too hard for me... cannot even do one. At least not like yours. I can modify with two steps back, two step forward. Hand stand or even one knee up totally out of my reach for now. Though not a beginner, I am not strong enough yet. It will take a very long time to get that strong. The rest of the workout is also too hard. But my core is on fire 🔥 and I am out of breath.
