Boom 💥 Nailed it. My dryer is 4 years old. Broken heating element. Replaced following this great DIY. Thank you. Key tool is the magnetic 1/4 inch long skinny drill bit.

Bad design. It’s very important to keep the dryer vent tube clear of lint.

It’s junk I changed out everything including the timer switch and the piece of 💩 still won’t heat up. I only had it for less than two years
